By accessing or using SYNAPSIS ("the Service"), accessible at xsearcher.fun, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Purpose of the Service
SYNAPSIS is a breach intelligence and OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) research platform. It allows authorized users to check whether their own accounts, or accounts they have lawful authorization to investigate, appear in publicly known data breach compilations.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service exclusively for lawful purposes, including:
- Verifying exposure of your own personal accounts.
- Authorized security research and threat intelligence.
- Pentesting and red-team engagements with documented client authorization.
You agree NOT to use the Service for:
- Stalking, harassing, or doxxing third parties.
- Identity theft, account takeover, or fraud.
- Any activity prohibited by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@xsearcher.fun of any unauthorized use.
5. Subscription & Payment
Paid subscriptions are processed via cryptocurrency payments directly to wallets controlled by SYNAPSIS. No third-party payment processor is involved. Subscriptions auto-expire after their billing period and do not renew automatically.
6. Data Sources
SYNAPSIS aggregates publicly known data breach compilations. We do not breach systems, do not collect data unlawfully, and do not host any malicious content. Information shown reflects historical exposure events already in the public domain.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. SYNAPSIS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
